White House Services, Inc. is a licensed adult foster care facility. We offer a wide range of services including attendant care, nursing, room and board, culinary services, therapeutic activity support, transportation arrangements, and recreational therapy. We are certified in the care of clients with traumatic brain and spinal injuries as well as other cognitive disorders. We pride ourselves in supporting our clients’ in their current home environment or helping them create new living spaces conducive to their needs. We provide exceptional service by developing relationships with highly qualified Physicians, Registered Nurses, LPNs, Therapists, Social workers, and Attorneys; tailor our services to our clients’ individual needs.

The White House is a luxurious 5,000+ square foot residential living facility nestled on West Bloomfield's Shenandoah Golf Course. Two huge upper and lower decks provide breathtaking views of the course grounds. The property is uniquely designed with five bedrooms, three and ½ baths, a professionally equipped exercise room, multiple kitchens, and ample meeting spaces.
The White House provides professional care in a serene and family-orientated setting.

President
Jacquelyn D. Vaughn
Jacquelyn Vaughn Founded White House Services in 2009. Her relentless dedication to providing care for individuals is her life's passion. She has managed to build WHS/WHCS into a multi-million dollar enterprise by demonstrating her excellence in the care business. Her tenure as a business owner is her foundation for success. Leaving the marketing industry to venture into the care business was a personal commitment to help provide positive change in healthcare for individuals who suffered from long-term illnesses. She has been well trained in the traumatic brain injury arena with additional experience with quadriplegic, par-pelagic, and other individuals. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Northern Illinois
University in DeKalb, Illinois.

Jami J. Vaughn
Jami Vaughn joined in 2009 and established White House Custom Services in 2012. She holds a Master’s in psychology from the University of the Rockies.
Jami has overseen the successful recertification of White House Services for the past 15 years and specializes in developing and implementing best practices for our staff of skilled caregivers. Improving the quality of life of patients is her focus. She has extensive training in the area of traumatic brain injuries, patient care, and healthcare management as well as numerous awards and achievements.
